You could encounter problems when applying it to different themes but their support is great enough to overcome that!
The app is quite extensive and easy to use for most part. I faced some trouble with the UI, but the support team was very prompt in helping me out.
I've only had this app for about a week but so far so good. Very user-friendly and quick customer service when I had a few customization issues.
Wirklich coole App, konnte optimal in mein Theme (Sense) integriert werden. Habe einige andere davor ausprobiert, aber die ist wirklich am einfachsten zu bedienen und sieht im Endeffekt am besten aus :)
Der Support ist sehr nett, superschnelle Reaktion und wirklich sehr bemüht zu helfen. Und auch erfolgreich dabei was am wichtigsten ist

The suddenly stop syncing. We tried for 8 hours. Contacting support only got one response to allow them store access after that nothing. They support is not available after hours I am guessing. After the support was reached in the morning they were able to fix they issue.

Application has stopped working, no advice why, not able to get support. They do not offer 24/7..

just began to use it and im still working out how it works but the customer service given is great and helping me throughout the processes.
I added Smart Product Filter & Search app by Globo to my website almost two weeks ago and replaced other filter app from other company.
The system is much easier to use and more dynamic, option for multi language, the support team helped me all the way with specific issues that were related to my website and there filter so it will be completely integrated with the design and the site.
All this support was even before I was subscribed and only in trail mode.
