Actually fixed my (quite complex) issues in a couple of days, which other filter apps couldn't. Big up to the team at globo! Keep on going.

The app does exactly what I need it to do - beautifully and conveniently helps the customer choose a product. The app has a very user-friendly setup that I can understand. The support is very responsive and helps almost instantly.

I have been using this for over a month and love it so far, I did experience 1 issue with a customer filter I set, however, a developer came on and helped me, it was fixed within 2 days.

This 5 star rating is for our experience with the Support team at Globo. We changed the theme of our store, but experienced a user interface issue while integrating the Smart Product Filter to the new theme. The support team at Globo were very quick to reply to my query, and the developers solved the problem in a very short period of time.
