Smart Product Filter & Search

2024 update: I have re-installed the app, as I needed a proper app to work and show search results. The vanilla installation gave me an issue or two, but the team (and specifically Helen) jumped on it straight away and sorted out the issue. Even fixing errors in the CSS that were not related to the app. Happiness!!! :-) ... thanks Helen and your team!

Great app. Had an issue with the search results not displaying correctly (too wide), but the SP team helped me within hours!! (given the time difference and when I logged it, actually immediately). Thanks guys, great work!

Great app, handing our store filters with no issues. Amazing support team, quick to help and very knowledgeable. They helped us on something we made a mistake on with no questions. Highly recommended.

I am new user of this app and has some issues installing as it is not one of their supported themes (meaning it overwrites some of my theme styling on collection pages). I wrote to them explaining the situation and within a day they had gone into my site and edited the code to get the application running just as I hoped.

Initially I had actually tried a similar app from a competitor and had the same issue - after writing to the competitor they were not willing to edit the code to fix the issues and I was turned away so I was delighted that Globo were more than willing to put the work in to help me.

Yet to test out the full functionality of the application but on the surface it looks perfect for my needs and the service couldn't have been any better - highly recommend!

We use the Smart Product Filter and Search app as well as the Globo Mega Menu app and they have made a big positive difference in the functionality of our site. The customer service is very responsive and quickly resolves all issues and changes.

I only give this app 5 stars because that is all it allows. I would give more if I was able. Not only does the app work exactly as I needed, the customer service team a simply amazing. They were extremely helpful and very quick to assist. I highly recommend.

Filter is perfect
But what really stood out to me was the level of support provided by the team behind the app. Whenever I had a question or needed help with something, they were always there to provide quick and friendly assistance.
