Smart Product Filter & Search

I had a coding issue with this app and another. I was able to get both developers of the apps to work together and work through the problem. I was very impressed how responsive and willing they were to help me out! Great application to work with and does great things for our shop!

We had an issue with an old top ranking filter so we had to find a new filter fast!!, we decided to try out Globo's filter. Their UI is on par with the top filter app we used before, we did not feel like we missed anything, but even had a better experience - They offered us great support, checked on us on a daily basis and made sure everything is working as we wanted. The app works and support is ok. However, the collection speed is after implementing the app extremely slow. I am trying right now to solve this with my developer but the support does apparently not help us. As a paying customer I am expecting more.

It is not possible to stick cms-sides or banners to a certain search query (that is only available for products). A personalization is not possible for that. In our opinion that should be standard for an app like that and we would not recommend the app until this feature is added.

We recently starting selling our products online and this app has helped us so much! No development experience needed. We had a small issue with our toggle buttons, but the team was so helpful in getting it resolved. The color swatch feature is a game-changer! At an affordable monthly price, this app makes us stand out from our local competitors.

Not compatible with translation tools, so the app is not fully translated on my site. The product titles are showing only in one language only. Support is not helpful to find ressources and help with the issue. Would not recommend for multi langagues sites.
