Quick anser from support. Some features should be updated:
when a customer searches for a product by typing it in the search field, he ends up on the product page.. It is not possible to switch from the product page to the catalog of other similar products if the customer wants to compare the selection quickly and easily

This app is great and the customer support is quick. We recently had an issue that appeared to have been caused by Shopify updates where it removed our styling to our search. Helen went above and beyond in trying to contact us and help with our issue. She resolved it quickly, and communicated thoroughly what the problem was.

Solid app with a few hurdles at first:

I initially had a rough experience with this app due to some major glitches that impacted my storefront—checkout was blocked, products weren’t showing, and my site would occasionally freeze. It took a few frustrating support tickets (including with Shopify) to trace the root cause, one of which turned out to be a conflict with Smart Filter while having Afterpay installed.

To their credit, the support team was responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issue. Since then, it’s been running smoothly and doing what I need it to do. The interface can be a bit confusing, and I’ve had to reach out for help more than once, but they’ve always come through with solutions.

Overall, it's a good tool—just be prepared for a small learning curve and make sure it plays nicely with any other apps you’re using.

The best for everything, services, many options & supports I'm using the Smart Product Filter & Search and also the GLO Color Swatch apps, it drastically changed the website experience for the clients. Really important for me to thank Helen, Ariya, Sarah and Jay for all the services and supports they gave to improve the website. You can trust them 100% I highly recommend all of the GLOBO apps.

Globo support team has been of great help and has allowed us to personalize the app to fit our needs perfectly. I would have loved for the app to be a little bit more flexible but thanks to Helen we have managed to implement everything we wanted to.
