Boost AI Search & Filter

The folks at Product Filter & Search are super attentive and helpful. On a few occasions, I've had to reach out to them in order to get an issue resolved. Each time they have responded promptly, and resolved the issue right away. The app is easy to use and helpful. Highly recommend this app and BoostCommerce!

If you want terrible images and your site speed to slow down tremendously. Then this app will be right up your ally. The reports never work and after over 6 months we can't attribute one sale to this APP. Poor Customer Service. Very difficult to use and they are constantly changing the app that it's impossible to intergrate with Shopify. Not worth the money. I held back from writing this review for over 2 month now and nothing has changed. I would not reccomend this app to my worst enemy.

App itself is the closest you'll get to the big guys with high functionality and speed. It may not be plug and play depending on your theme but they offer amazing support. Had a lot of issues working with my base theme but Max and Tony patiently worked to get the app working.

If I were to nitpick, I wish you could use duplicate filter types per collection. As far as I know, you can only use something like a tag or item type filter once when you might want multiple of the same to help organize your products. But that may be a shopify limitation.

Also while it was not an issue for us, their great service tended to work overnight (pacific time zone). So we'd ask for a fix one morning, wait overnight and usually got a reponse by the next morning except weekends. So if you're in a giant rush, it might not work but I'd say most apps don't respond immediately either.

I'm sure that every negative star review didn't test this app/plugin properly or contacted the customer service. This is one of my favorite working apps with a convenient and easy interface. The plugin works and looks great on every template and the customer service is the best. Special thanks to John whom helped us with this huge problem caused by several apps. Only he was the one that gave 110% and fixed the issue.

This app has flexible functionality and the customer support is great. Very prompt and willing to assist in resolving bugs and applying customisations.

This app is amazing. The filters have help my clients to find much easier and faster through my big catalogue. The search tool is really accurate with the suggestions. Also, the app contains much more useful add ons that really turn the game in favor. And finally, i ask for help to the support team and helped me fast and perfectly. We use Product Filter & Search now for about two years without any problems. The filter functionality is great and works like a charm. When we had the need for help on changes in out them (sometimes the collection view did not update on itself), the Boost Commerce support had been great to help and fix any issues.
Actually it's one of the best customer services experiences I had with any app so far. I do not hand out 5 star reviews easily, but BC F&S really deserves it.

Very useful product and support is great. Had a minor styling issue and Will D from their team was able to resolve it quickly and show me how to fix it in the future. Would definitely recommend!
