Fantastic support and help! We have some customizations with the collection page and aren't able to really edit that JS, so they were able to help us out to configure their filters and search app to work perfectly the way we need it to. Super great, Tony, Lucy, Michael, and the entire team!

I don't know if I'm the only one facing this, but this is not an app for any business looking to schedule product availability. It stops Shopify from publishing the products on time and it didn't allow products to show if you manually published them from backend. There's a lag time of around 10minutes. Once i deleted the app my products showed up immediately. Had to deal with angry customers that camped for the launch that faced the delay. Deleted the app but the filters won't go away, I had to delete the assets manually from the code

UPDATE:
We would like to explain the main mechanism of our app. For filtering and searching, the product's data must be synced from Shopify to our Search Engine for processing.

We have developed both auto and manual solutions for this sync process. The auto process is triggered by a Change Detector system every 10 minutes for checking and updating the changes (that's why you see the lag time of 10 minutes as you have described). The Change Detector is triggered faster in shorter intervals for the premium plans.

Besides that, we also have the manual trigger system in our Admin app - the Sync Now button. For the changes that you would like to quickly update, you can always go to the Admin app and click on that button. Based on your store sync log, we found that the changes are updated quickly, it only took 7-10 seconds to reflect the changes.

The features are extremely useful and detailed. For example in the filter you can have a filter inside a filter to give you an extremely sophisticated filter solving all your filter needs in case of a huge and variety full catalogue. Moreover the search is intuitive and covers almost everything. They give you a ton of other small features like infinite scroll, sorting according to availability, not showing the products out of stock and more. All this with a very smooth and easy to use interface and excellent excellent customer support. Livia was amazing ! This app is great, they provide great filtering abilities as well as search. Their team is great and always is super responsive any time I have a question. I tried other filter apps and this is by far the best. Would recommend!

We need to add filtering options to our poster webshop, and this app was by far the one that come closes to our needs in a stylish way.

We had an issue with some language difference in a couple of files, but their team worked hard over the weekend to fix it for us, which is a level of service, that we are very satisfied with.

Excelent app and tremendous support Team!. Tony left the app working exactly as i wanted in no time!.
