So far, so good! We've been using it for a few months and enjoy the functionality of the app as well as the customer service. Paola and Seri were helpful in getting me setup and showing me some of the customization features available.

We have been using this app for enabling search brings metafield entry. Quite easy to set up, search did not work at the beginning but support fixed this quickly. Recommended!
First, Boost is a great app that gives us everything we were looking for regarding collection and search pages. The product recommendations are also a great feature. The native integration is fast and easy to setup and customize. Second, Boost customer service has been stellar! They are always quick to respond and ready to help in any way possible. I highly recommend them to any one, large or small shops alike.

Once we uninstalled, this app completely crashed and removed the products in our collection pages. You can only see the header, the footer on any collection page. What kind of malicious code did you add to your app? Can you fix this mayhem you caused?

We would like to let you know that uninstalling the app will automatically remove all Boost widgets and the core app embed—Boost Core (New)—from your theme. You can easily restore your site by re-enabling your theme's original product grid, collection banner, and search results, as these may have been hidden while using our widget. We've also responded to your email after your first reach yesterday to grasp your issue better in detail, but haven't heard back from you yet.

My experience with the support team has been fantastic. They have always been quick and efficient in resolving any queries and issues that I have had. They were very helpful when I was trying to duplicate styling from one of my stores to my new store and updating the theme. Help was very much appreciated. Great app, great support.
