V3 is a disaster
Boost was so good, a bit detrimental on performance (which they wouldn't acknowledge), but overall had lots of positive features
V3 came along and completely destroyed it. The trial was great, the AI was performing so-so but it was learning. But then they forced an update where the product block on collections became a widget, rather than just replacing filters.
This is an absolute disaster for anyone using more than one template for collections. I really think they should have anticipated this, but they didn't. I'm not sure why this wasn't a forced update in the trial but then it was in the release version. Feel duped into upgrading. Now paying for upgrade but had to go back to V2. Will probably switch to Algolia.

This app is realy great, services from Boost Commerce dev team are amazing and quick. I highly recommend the app.

Great app and support team. Any queries we had the Boost team were able to help us with and in a timely manner. They even provided support for a custom feature we needed for the sizing of our rugs. This did cost a bit in development feeds but overall it allowed us to have a much better user experience. Definitely would recommend this app.

App works fine. The support I received on a specific customizing issue was spectacular. The best support team I have encountered in a long time.

I must say this is the best product filter & search app after using it for around 6 months. I offers lots of advanced features to set up filter trees for our collections. I even can choose to push all out of stock products to the end of the collection page which makes the store look well organised and more professional. More importantly, customer support team has been amazing to help me with every single request to set up features in the app. I want to shout out to Jack Vu who has been enthusiastic, supportive and promptly in helping us with our customisation request for our store. Again, thank you very much. I'll be your loyal customer.

I am really happy with the app and the customer support. The app has lots of possibilities, is easy to use and configure and if something does not look or work as expected, the customer service is really fast to reply and solve possible inconveniences. Product Filter & Search have been nothing short of an absolute Godsend for my business. I have tried other product filter solutions however none of them were as affordable, quick, and easy to use as Product Filter & Search. When I started out the only function that I was looking for was the ability to multi-select filter options for my customers or so I thought. However, after thoroughly analyzing this solution I have discovered that it can not only do that but it also helps with my site analytics. This is helping me get a better idea as to what my customer is searching for thus allowing me to create a custom approach when putting together marketing material. If it stopped here I would be a happy customer however the BoostCommerce Team takes it a step further in showing me ways to use their solution in order to save time with my setup utilizing time-saving features like their Filter Feature (extremely helpful for stores with large inventories) as well as features like Merge values that are very helpful for customizing your mobile experience. There have been other things that the team has helped me with that if I cared to go into great detail on I am afraid that no one would read it lol. I say this in closing Thank You BoostCommerce team for taking the time to help the little guy get started. Buy with confidence guys.
