Amazing app for improve the search and filters on your Shopify store. Easy to set up and does exactly what you need it to do. I have used this app for years and recently decided to upgrade my theme to match the latest version of the app. Hannah was amazing at walking me through everything and ensured she was at hand to answer any questions or difficulties to make it a seamless process. Fantastic app to use alongside Shopify. The support is exceptional - easily 10/10 whenever I’ve needed help.

The chat function is great for resolving smaller issues quickly, and when I wasn’t able to fix something myself, Stephen stepped in and had everything up and running within a few hours.

Overall, an excellent service. Highly recommended.

This is a very useful app to improve your store's search and filter functionality. A couple of features I need are not available but Oliver from the tech team has tried his best to figure out a workaround for me. Though there is a thing I need is still missing, which is showing images of product variants based on more than one filtering option. The customer support is great and I look forward to when this feature is developed.

We encountered a bug with a part of our website that was powered by Boost AI. We reached out to customer service and got some very helpful guidance from the AI chat bot about things we could do on our end to help resolve the issue. After taking all those steps and still experiencing the issue, we followed up with the chat bot and were put in touch with the development team for personalized technical support. They promptly resolved the issue in a duplicate of our theme so that we could test and approve before applying the change to our live site. Very responsive and friendly customer support!

The other day, we encountered an issue where the prices we had set in the marketplace were not displaying correctly on the collection page when the language was switched.

When we contacted support, they responded promptly despite the time difference with Japan, and we were able to resolve the issue relatively smoothly.

In the past, with other apps, it sometimes took about a week to resolve issues, so this support system was a huge help. We are very satisfied that they were able to resolve the issue on the same day we contacted them.
