BEWARE! While this app might function well, the developers are out for a money grab. Don't be lured by the FREE trial. We deleted the app TWICE, only to learn that it was still active and we were being charged for it for over 2 years, while not utilizing it on our site. On top of it, they increased the monthly charge from $49 to $99 without any notice!

Granted, we should have caught this earlier, but the way app charges are billed through Shopify, they are often buried amongst other charges, such as shipping and marketplace charges.

Once we realized there was a consistent charge, we asked the developers for a billing statement, which they initially refused to provide, and then only sent a screen shot of the last 6 months. We explained to them that the app was not being used on the site and the test bundle we created was not published, but they refused to partner with us and would not consider any refund.

There are SO MANY bundle apps out there, so it would seem like customer service and partnership would be a standout quality for a company that is supposed to support businesses of all sizes.

Very disappointed by lack of professionalism and care.

We’ve been using this app for over a year, and it used to work very well — the features were solid and the customer support was responsive.

However, over time, the support quality has declined significantly. It's getting SOOOO EXPENSIVE. Recently, response times have become extremely slow, which is very concerning for a tool that directly impacts site performance.

Today, the app even caused our cart to crash, which affected our entire day’s sales. This is unacceptable for a production environment.

We’ve since uninstalled the app and will not be using it again.

If you're running a serious e-commerce business, I would strongly recommend caution before relying on this app.

1) Found bugs that were causing serious issues with our store. Customer service (Samuel 5/5 stars for effort) fixed the issues eventually.

2) Pricing was $49pcm, and within a couple of weeks of using it we were nudging the next payment 'level', which would have been $199pcm.

3) Today (19th Feb 26) got an email to say our pricing was to increase (in the next 2 weeks) to $99pcm, with the new level at $249 (or $299 I think)

No thanks. Pure GREED.

our customers seem to love the bundle pages where they can combine their own bundle. also the customer service is absolutely wonderful! the app is super intuitive, too.

Widget didnt sync at all with the website contacted support over several hours and at somepoint they blocked me from contacting them

We switched from Rebuy to Amplify, and the transition was incredibly smooth and fast. The developer team made everything easy — especially Carlos, who communicated clearly and completed all app customizations we asked for! Highly recommend!

We have been using this app for more than four years and were most of time very satisfied with app functionality and support. Within the last 12-months our prices were raised twice even though we were on a lagacy plan and our volume didn't change. Someone would assume Amplify would be interested in keeping long-term customers by at least offering different tier based options but that does not seem to be the case. The app also did not add any new functions that would justify that steep increase to $100/month. It just seems to be pure greed since the ownership change from PickyStory to Amplify.

We have been using the Amplify app in our store for a long time and are very satisfied. The support is super fast and competent.

I reported a problem in the chat and Ivan took care of it immediately and fixed the problem.

Everything is great, the app is highly recommended.
