I really like how PickyStory has evolved from when I first used it in 2021. Responsive support and always nice to talk to!

I am not experienced in website building but was able to achieve my objective with the help of Paulo on chat who held my hand while setting up a bundle option for my store. Many thanks to Paulo who saved the day for me.

Just plugged this app in this morning and had it up and running in no time. I had a question about the product qty and notification bar and the support team helped me right away. Honestly, the best support I've seen! Highly recommend this app.

Customer service is amazingly helpful. We have used the chat to interact with a kind, competent human a few times. We have also used their free 1:1 orientation/training sessions via Zoom. I so appreciate the support we get as we are learning how best to apply the app to our shop.
