The service during setup was the best I have ever had with a Shopify App. They took hours of their time to get everything perfect.

great customer service... the app its limited to what colours you can change certain parts but I asked them for help and they customised it to exactly what I wanted.... so easy to deal with.

So far, all my questions have been answered quickly. the support team around Carlos has been really helpful. let's see if everything goes well in the future. so far, a clear recommendation on my part

I had an issue with my cart, and the agent, Ceren, was very helpful and even showed me more customizations that I could do to make Pickystory seamless with my store: great app and customer service.

Ceren, was so helpful in fixing any product syncing issues I had. She also was able to fix any back end costing problems I was facing. 10/10 service and very quick to get back to you on the chat whenever you need assistance.
