I can set up the stickers easily, and everything is well-guided. They also provide a detailed user guide for everyone. The app is also very user-friendly, it's easy to set up everything and you can even get help from support at any time. Recently I had a small problem where the label was showing over the store menu, and I contacted support and got immediate help from Jena. She solved the problem quite quickly and helped me forward the problem to the technician guy - Dinh Trong Linh. He helped me solve the problem quickly. Thanks to the team for the quick and professional way of working. I am satisfied with the app Product Labels & Badges and especially with the quality of support service of BSS Commerce. I used that app to set up labels under products to create awareness about discounts. Initially I had some issues with the location of the labels, but after contacting the support team I was quickly helped by Gigi as the supporter and Ta Cuong as the technician, who managed to fixed the problems very quickly.

Great labels app ***** 5 STAR ***** Little bit of a problem with the positioning of the labels but the team were great and worked alongside me to get the labels exactly how I wanted them. They even made me a custom label with custom text to match what I wanted.

Jena Nguyen is really kind and helpful colleague. She is ready for a quick answer and takes action so fast. Also thank you to Tran Duc Nam developer who can solve the technical issues for us. I upgraded from free to the Advanced plan because of these two people The app is really great and easy to use. We can set up the labels quickly and easily. Really useful that we can add the labels and badges to the products automatically via TAGs.
