I was having an issue with duplicate labels and I contacted the team. They revert very quickly and the problem was fixed within 24 hours. So happy with resolution and communication. Also it's a great app that can be customise to fit your branding. Highly recommended.

Really great app works like a charm, once had an issue and support responded very fast and fixed the issue. Would recommend! Jena Nguyen and our Tran Duc Nam quickly fixed the issue I had, so now it just works perfectly. It meets all my needs and at a very good price. It is the best app for product badges I have been able to find on the marketplace so far. Right now I'm using it across multiple stores, because it just works great every time. Definitely recommended!
