BSS: Product Labels & Badges

Needed some help on my website. Contacted the support team via WhatsApp and Gigi was really helpful and speedy in replying to my questions and issues. She got the tech team to help and I believe his name was Ta Cuong, they fixed my issues within 24 hours which is simply amazing. Thank you so much, really great app

As not all my requirements were covered with another app I decided to give this BSS Commerce app a try. I was very positively surprised about the great features offered! Additional requirements for the app where communicated to the Support Team and they were solved immediately. Jinny, Duc Duong and Van Hoan are really great support people, super fast and very precise in what they are doing. Had a few issues with our theme after installing, but Gigi and Ngoc were quick to get it fixed for us. Happy to have a great team we can continue to grow with that will support us.

Excellent application, everything works more than well. Something I want to highlight is the support team, when I needed help with a problem in the template they Jennie answered me quickly and efficiently and Nguyen Kim Tung solved it in the same way, fast and efficient. It did not take more than 1 day to solve the problem and I can now use the application with all its functions. The application performs very well when it comes to placing budgets which were very useful to improve my product file.

This app is really helpful in getting promotional messages across to the customers and performed exactly as I needed. There were some minor installation issues and Jinny was the representative and Tien Loc was the technician they managed to sort out my problems quickly and effectively and it now works perfectly in my store. I am just waiting to see the results and improvement in conversion.

Absolute stellar product and customer service. Easy installation and any issues resolved with Expedia and courtesy-based customer service. Especially the very efficient and professional service from Jena and Nguyen Kim Tung helped so much in making sure the functionality and aesthetics of the app were reflected in our Shopify theme. I had previously tried four other apps to implement badges and had very little success but thankfully I found this app and within minutes had it installed with further assistance as mentioned above.
