Great App. I have used this on my site for some time. I am now on a new theme and this app works just as well. There are plenty of options to allow for customization. What's just as good as the app is the support. Had a little something that wasn't expected and this was sorted on a Saturday and very quickly. Highly recommend.

I ran into a minor CSS conflict with my custom theme (which usually makes me dread reaching out to support), but I was lucky enough to get Sean.

Honestly, Sean is a legend. He didn’t just send me a link to a generic FAQ page; he actually took the time to understand my specific layout issue and walked me through the fix in real-time. He was:

Prompt: No waiting around for days for a ticket response.

Knowledgeable: He clearly knows the backend of Shopify inside and out.

Really satisfied with this app. Its simple to use, but still gives you a lot of flexibility to customize labels exactly how you want. Everything integrates smoothly without slowing down the store, which I really appreciate. Also great support. Quick, kind, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed it. It just works :)

Outstanding app and exceptional support from their great support team. We are able to create some text badges in Shopify, but this app takes it to the next level by allowing us to add image badges to Shopify products.

I use the custom labels on my site. I was having some problems with setup and getting the labels placed where I wanted. *I* was the problem - user error! haha. The team was very responsive and helped me get things looking exactly how I wanted in no time. I highly recommend this app!

The app was then moved to the staging environment, where the developers implemented all necessary adjustments quickly and free of charge. Now the app is live and running without any issues. The team truly deserves 5 stars. The app gets 4 stars from us.

We would still need language control for the labels based on the shop language and not the customer’s IP address. Additionally, the priority logic only works to a limited extent when labels are meant to replace each other while being positioned in exactly the same spot.

Once these improvements are implemented, the app will definitely deserve 5 stars.

This app deserves 5 stars. All the customizations we requested were implemented very quickly. The customer service is outstanding and truly first-class. The app itself is intuitive and easy to understand. We are very satisfied and happy that we found this app.

Installed yesterday, and ran into an issue a badge's interaction with the custom image display on our PDP. Resolved within 2 hours, without any issues (and I wasn't even subscribed to a plan). Can't fault the support, and experience with the app is excellent so far!

Had a small query of how to integrate the app within our theme reached out to the tech support team who were very responsive, and resolved the issue quickly.
