What a great service and support! We found some bugs and had some issues with the integration of our theme but their developer Khanh Thien did an amazing job and helped us out and fixed it in no-time. Great app with lots of features, must have for every Shopify store owner.

I like how I can upload my own graphics and use them. I was having some technical difficulties and the support time - Jolie Nguyen and Bui Dinh Du, had very fast response time and via collaboration, helped my fix the issue I was having. So I am very thankful for that!

Creating your own labels is very easy and they look professional. Support is also very helpful and they fixed all problems quickly. We had a minor glitch with the app at first, but Jennie P and their tech guy Phan Thanh Son were right on top of it and had it fixed. I really appreciate their support. In conclusion, I am very happy with the team and service that I received and I can not recommend this app more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for easy, consistent labels and badges.

We recently started using the Product Label & Badge app for our online store and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with it. Until now, it has been a great product that is easy to use and user-friendly. The customer service is good too and solve issues quickly. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jennie, who was a great supporter. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my queries. The tech guy Tran Duc Nam also great and quickly fixed my issue.
