I am leaving this review based on my experience with the app’s billing and customer support process.
I installed the app to test it, but I experienced technical issues and contacted support while their team was investigating the problems. During that time, I was told by their support team that Shopify would calculate and charge only the prorated amount for the remaining usage period after the trial.
Based on that explanation, I allowed the app to remain installed while waiting for the issues to be resolved. Instead, I was charged the full annual subscription amount of $86.40.
When I questioned the charge, the company later acknowledged that the previous billing explanation I received was incorrect. They agreed that my actual usage amount was only about $2.40, but they deducted Shopify platform and payment processing fees from my refund instead of refunding the full remaining balance.
I appreciate that they eventually reviewed my case and offered a partial refund, but the process was frustrating because the billing expectations provided by their own support team were not accurate.
My recommendation: make sure you fully understand the subscription terms before installing this app, and do not rely on support explanations regarding billing without confirming the details independently.

The app may work for some merchants, but my experience with billing communication and resolution left me disappointed.

This app works very well. We use it to display inventory levels. There were a few minor display tweaks we needed help with and the TA team was very quick to reply and make the necessary adjustments. We'd highly recommend this app and TA!

Great App. I have used this on my site for some time. I am now on a new theme and this app works just as well. There are plenty of options to allow for customization. What's just as good as the app is the support. Had a little something that wasn't expected and this was sorted on a Saturday and very quickly. Highly recommend.
