Great support procress- fast and friendly service, fixed the issue within 24 hours!
I experienced some technical issues with the app, causing product labels to display incorrectly. I reached out to support and received a prompt response from Jennie. She quickly identified the problem and solved the issue and everything is now working perfectly.
My only critique is that the app isn't fully compatible with the secondary picture app we are using.
This app is essential for showcasing our offers to customers!
The app is very easy to understand and the support team is very quick in checking through issues for us to use the app in no time! Used to create SALE labels across products and collections for our End of Summer Sale. The app is very easy to use & robust enough to implement right away for a release on the day.
I used a product tag to target products and was pleasantly surprised by the various layouts and labels available, but also the ability to upload custom badges to echo your branding perfectly.
Devs team are quick to tweak their script, and Jolie was very friendly - but beware they aren't on GMT timezone.

Great product, flexible enough to make lots of labels and badges. Lots of testing required to get correct sizes on desktop and mobile (different setting required) and to ensure priorities are correct when multiple conditions are true. very happy with the product and the query support I received.
