BSS: Product Labels & Badges

The application is very useful and helps a lot in highlighting our products. The service and support has always been very attentive and very responsive.

I downloaded this app to set up back order and pre-order labels on my products. I had an issue setting the configuration up so I reached out to customer support and within a few hours (on Thanksgiving evening mind you) it was resolved (thanks Stephanie!).

I had an issue with the labels overlaying our header & the support team resolved it within a very quick amount of time.

This app is fantastic. I use the app for product labels, which results in a more appealing presentation of my products. I have got Jennie as my supporter and the tech guy Dinh Trong Linh that helped me fix all of my issues. Since downloading the app, I've seen several improvements and adjustments, which gives me confidence that they are committed to continuous improvement. Our store theme is not officially developed by Shopify, and the compatibility is relatively poor. I have created my labels to display on my app and I am getting a small error. This issue was resolved quickly when I contacted the support team for support. Now my labels are working fine. Jennie always updated me on every situation, very professionally and the tech guy Dinh Trong Linh is also great, they always acted fast and very professional. we really appreciate that work ethic. To make our sales more effective. I'll keep using this software to label relevant products with "sale" and display it as a label on the product photos. Thank you guys! : D

We use this app to show badges/labels on specific products and collections. It's easy to install and set up, plus the support team have a very quick response time when you have any questions or a technical issue. Thank you in particular to Jena, Phan Thanh Son and Tran Duc Nam who managed to fix a display problem with our badges/labels. Some products were showing the label incorrectly but once the team had the access to what they required everything was fixed in less than 24 hours.

Jennie helped me on the moment and solved my size problem.
