Jane has been incredibly accommodating, patient, and helpful, never giving up until the issues were fully resolved. The tech team has also been very supportive in implementing features based on what we truly wanted to see on our website—especially the badges which have been a great addition and really help build confidence with our customers. Love having a customer service represenative in live chat, Ivy was a great help! I had a small issue with one of their labels and they solved it within 5 minutes, and they stayed attentive during the chat. Couldn't ask for btter customer service. Plus! Their app is easy to use, and i am able to apply so many different badges/labels to my products using different customizations.

I am using the free version right now to test out on my store. I had an issue with the badge not rendering correctly on the correct product and reached out to their online chat support. David jumped online - and promptly assisted and resolved my problem in under 5 minutes! Kudos to to PieLab team!
