Devs are super helpfull and willing to tweak a few things to accomodate the specificities of your store. I think this is key in Shopify apps

Great app with fantastic support. It provides a service that not many apps can on Shopify. Easy to use and if you need something customized then support is friendly and helpful and can get the job done for you. Highly recommended!

This app is exactly what I was looking for! Gives me a great tool to keep my best customers informed about new products that have come into the warehouse. I was very surprise that this seems to be the only app that solves this specific issue. Besides the app being great the support they offer is something I have not experienced with other apps so far. Fast, friendly, helpful and just absolutely perfect in my opinion.

Horrible app. Very bad design, and not user-friendly at all. Tried to contact their customer team with 3 different method, still no answer as of today, and it's been a week and a half. Based on the low number of reviews, I think this app is basically dead. Don't use it, pointless.

Vye is most certainly not dead. We always reply when you get in touch with us and we are also constantly trying to improve so we appreciate the feedback. We will work on the design to make it more user-friendly.

We have been on shopify many years and Vye is among my favorite apps. De-Joy is the best and he repeatedly went above and beyond to ensure the app was working for us and even made modifications to accommodate our specific needs. I highly recommend De-Joy and his app.

For nearly 2 years we had been looking for a solution that our clients could be notified about matching searches and new arrivals in our collectible business. While other Apps mainly work with the stock level VYE App works on search and keywords. The Support had been extremly helpful and fix all issues which are unique for our business and get this App working to our full satisfaction. The sales already boosted and our customers/collectors are very happy that they could now manage particular wanted items in there profile to become notified by email. I can only highly praise this App and Vye Team and could highly recommend to add this APP if you handle with unique items or many products. Markus Brandes Autographs

So far this is a great app with over-the-top support. It may seem like an easy thing to do but getting a tool that can notify customers of new products (based on their preferences) has been extremely elusive with Shopify. I spent a couple years searching/reading with no luck. This app so far has done an amazing job solving for that, and the support has been extremely accomodating answering my questions and helping make the app work best for my store. Big recommendation!
