Email alerts for new and updated products, new additions to collections, saved search notifications.
Vye keeps your customers informed by sending them product alert emails about new and updated products. When customers search for items on your store, they can save their search keywords and receive an email alert when a matching item becomes available. Customers can also subscribe to receive email alerts when a specific collection or product tag is updated. Vye will automatically send them an email alert when you add a new product or update an existing product that matches their interests.

Great app with fantastic support. It provides a service that not many apps can on Shopify. Easy to use and if you need something customized then support is friendly and helpful and can get the job done for you. Highly recommended!

Horrible app. Very bad design, and not user-friendly at all. Tried to contact their customer team with 3 different method, still no answer as of today, and it's been a week and a half. Based on the low number of reviews, I think this app is basically dead. Don't use it, pointless.

Vye is most certainly not dead. We always reply when you get in touch with us and we are also constantly trying to improve so we appreciate the feedback. This app is exactly what I was looking for! Gives me a great tool to keep my best customers informed about new products that have come into the warehouse. I was very surprise that this seems to be the only app that solves this specific issue. Besides the app being great the support they offer is something I have not experienced with other apps so far. Fast, friendly, helpful and just absolutely perfect in my opinion.
