We wanted our products greyed out when not selected. Loren helped us out right away. Within 5 minutes she gave me a custom CSS to make this possible. Absolutely impeccable support!

This is the third variant app I have used, and it is far above the others! I worked with customer service on a call with some tech issues, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and kind.
