This is a great app for adding additional product options since Shopify only allows for 5 options. Not only that, but having the ability to add different styles of options such as, color swatches, text box’s, check boxes, etc really helps add to the professionalism to your products. I have had a couple of issues while using their app. The customers selected options would not show up when added to cart and purchased so I couldn’t see the customers selected options. However, I simply reached out to their support and they fixed the issue very quickly. Their support is top notch and will do anything to make sure you are satisfied and the issue is fixed. Definitely recommend this app for additional product options.

I downloaded and used the Product & Variants Options app, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with it. Initially, I had a lot of questions and concerns about the settings and how to make the options work effectively on my site. However, I was able to reach out to the app's support team, and I was lucky enough to be assisted by Jolie Nguyen. They are very responsive and professional, and they go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service that I received, and it is clear that the team is genuinely committed to ensuring that their users have the best experience possible.

Jolie was the most patient and helpful supporter who took the time to walk me through the entire setup process. She provided me with all the necessary information and was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She even went the extra mile to help me contact the developer, Nguyen Duc Duong, when I encountered some issues while using the app. Even if my questions are extreme, they both found a way to figure it out.

The stress of creating a website that needs so many variations for each of our product is extreme and we have tried any different apps but this by far is better than the others! The simplicity of the app and the variations of the option sets excelled the other apps by far. The interface is very user-friendly, making it accessible even for those who are not tech-savvy.

All-in-all, if you are looking for a versatile and user-friendly app that can help you add custom options to your products, then the Product & Variants Options app is an excellent choice. With its intuitive interface, robust features, and excellent support team, you can't go wrong with this app. I highly recommend it!

I tried a few different Product Option applications from the Shopify App Store, but Product Option by BSS impressed me the most, so I chose it. My work is made considerably easier by using this program. It allows me easily develop limitless choice sets that are applied to particular products and particular clients. Moreover, add-on prices function correctly on the product page, cart page, and checkout.

The service is excellent. I promptly received assistance, and communication was simple.
I received kind and competent service. I initially had trouble choosing default variants, so I asked the team for assistance and within a few hours, I had assistance. Emma deserves special recognition; she makes every treatment even better! She not only resolved every problem I brought up, but she also made sure to follow up with me to make sure I was happy with everything.

I want to appreciate the entire team especially Nguyen Duc Duong for their efforts in resolving my concerns and customizing the project to meet my needs as I write this review.

A big shout out to Joy Nguyen and Nguyen The Huy who solved my issue! I had some incompatibility issues between BSS option app and Pickup app. At first the two apps were not compatible with each other. Then I reached for both dev team of both apps and I received great support from them, especially BSS team! BSS dev team, especially dev Nguyen The Huy exchanged a lot of information about checkout button event and add cart event with the dev team of Pickup app via Joy Nguyen - support agent. Joy is attentive and always caring to my case. Then they do all things about the coding system for my site about the compatibility event and thankfully, it seems working. Though the Pickup app is not totally compatible with BSS option app (due to the another app changing some “action” of form cart page, which leads to null value), dev expert Nguyen The Huy has manually edited code for my only site so that both 2 apps work well at my site. I highly recommend you guys come to reach the support service of this app if you want to have any incompatibility issue and any app issue. Joy then told me to remove the payPal options from product and cart page so that the app run well. Thank you guys so much for your detailed dedication!

Thanks a lot for the BSS support service! A great dedication from Joy Nguyen - my support agent. I had some issues with the display of the option sets as I just wanted to display some option sets to specific product pages. I contacted BSS team for their support, and they did not disappoint. Joy Nguyen looked at my case, and she thoroughly explained the issue with my setup. Bravo, her resolution worked! I also wanted to test the app on a trial theme and Joy Nguyen again advised that I publish the new theme for some minutes so that the app code can run. Such a pity that the trial theme seems not being able to publish, but it’s ok. I still well respect BSS team and I love how they try to explain in simple way so that customers can understand how the app should be used. I think you guys have done the job quite well, and you should keep up with the great service. Anyone should give BSS a chance to have a try with this app. This app is quite friendly. Surely I will contact them again if I need their support in the future. Thanks so much Joy and BSS team!

I would recommend this app to anyone searching for a product & variant app. This app is everything a business needs to offer variants. I personally run a customizable art, crafts and carpentry business so the ability to add multiple variants works wonders for me. I do wish there were more training videos to help people starting out understand the different sets, but after a little trail and error anyone can get the hang of it. If assistance is ever needed the staff (Jena Nguyen) to be specific in my case has been beyond helpful when I needed support! Highly recommended! Great job and thank you Jena!

I love that they will always reply me promptly when I have trouble in the app. They always aim to settle my problem within a day and willing to work overtime for me just to settle my problem as they know how important it is to me. From the start of helping me to settle the problem they never find me troublesome and never give up on their work. They go extra mile by giving me advice and helping me to change the colors of the button as well. Their app have so much extra features which other app doesn't have it. I highly recommend this app to everyone.

This app looks and works better than any of the other similar apps we've tried. I was looking for a clean design that was flexible and could be styled to look native in my store. With this app, you can create your own options and also I can customise the size, font, colors, position, etc. I had a few questions and customisations I wanted and June Nguyen was very responsive and kept me informed on the progress of my request and the status of the technical work which was finished quickly by Duong Nguyen Duc.

I'm now just waiting on a feature request which will just be the icing on the cake for what is otherwise a very nice piece of tech. The tiered plan means that we're only paying for the features we need which is refreshing.

This app has taken so much stress out of creating my website for my small business! When i first started working on building my website through Shopify i felt so overwhelmed and as a beginner had no idea how to achieve the vision in had in my head, after coming across this app and struggling to work out how to use it i reached out to support and Emma has been absolutely amazing not only has she walked me through each of the extras that i wanted to add she logged into my website and has made sure everything i had already done was correct.
