I was hoping the image swatch size could be made larger and the chat feature allowed a team member to help me do this within seconds. Very hepful and improved my website experience.

The application generally fulfills its intended purpose, however it keeps producing recurring errors, and we usually become aware of these issues only through customer feedback.
For example, a customer believes they have successfully placed an order, but the system does not actually add it.
Issues like this can happen every month.
I’m sorry, but due to the most recent problem, I experienced both financial loss and customer loss.
We should not have to constantly monitor your application to ensure it is functioning correctly.

No functions that should be out of the box available, but the team was very responsive, and solved all our issues in less than 10 minutes.

So nice to be able to make diffrent options for your products! Basically letting my customer build their own product!
I had some trouble getting started with the Options, but after a quick chat with Cassie, she explained everything and not only did she solve my issues but i actually learned how to use the Options better. So now im confident i can solve my problems by my self from now on:-) And if i cant im sure the chat function will help me again.

App is very robust, templates are amazing and the things you can do with your product listings are extensive. That app is a bit complicated at first but fairly easy to figure out as you go. Customer support is amazing and will help set up the more complicated features, or solve an issues you run into as you set up the store.

Great support. I had an issue where my cart drawer wasn’t opening because of a conflict with the product options, and the team helped fix it quickly. They were clear, responsive, and made sure everything worked with my theme. Thank you for the fast help and for sorting the problem so smoothly.
OPTIS Product Options offers a lot of flexibility for adding product options. It’s easy to use and works smoothly, even with more complex setups. Overall, a very solid app that I enjoy working with.
