OPTIS Product Options, Variant

So nice to be able to make diffrent options for your products! Basically letting my customer build their own product!
I had some trouble getting started with the Options, but after a quick chat with Cassie, she explained everything and not only did she solve my issues but i actually learned how to use the Options better. So now im confident i can solve my problems by my self from now on:-) And if i cant im sure the chat function will help me again.

The application generally fulfills its intended purpose, however it keeps producing recurring errors, and we usually become aware of these issues only through customer feedback.
For example, a customer believes they have successfully placed an order, but the system does not actually add it.
Issues like this can happen every month.
I’m sorry, but due to the most recent problem, I experienced both financial loss and customer loss.
We should not have to constantly monitor your application to ensure it is functioning correctly.

I am absolutely amazed by the service I’ve received. I recently switched from another app that cost nearly twice as much and constantly forced me to create add-on products when all I wanted was simple price adjustments tied to variants and options. With Optis Product Options, everything works seamlessly exactly the way I needed it to.

What really sets this app apart, though, is the support team. The customer service has been exceptional. They responded quickly, helped me set up specific option rules I needed, and even went as far as writing custom code to make a custom option work exactly the way I envisioned.

It’s rare to find support that is this responsive and genuinely helpful. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but the level of service I’ve received has been outstanding. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for flexible product options backed by an incredible support team.

I only marked 4 stars, because no one is perfect. That being said, they are as close to it as I have found so far. Had another customization app that was just not working, tried Optis, and everything worked as described and much more intuitive than the last, and where I found issues (usually because I did something wrong) their customer service helped me immediately. Even going so far as to correct the visual aesthetic the way I wanted.
So far they are the best I have found and would recommend to anyone looking for option customization for their Shopify Pages.

I recently decided to offer personalized engravings to my handcrafted ornament line. I was looking for an app that allowed me to add additional options to each listings. I installed OPTIS to test it out, and decided it was perfect for my needs. I had a few installation questions and their customer support was quick to respond and tweak a few things to get it to work flawlessly with my Rebuy cart. I'm excited to finally let my customers know about my new product offering!
