I'm giving this app 5*s even though it wasn't the app I stuck with. Let me tell you why you should give this app ago. From what I've tried in the free product options apps this offers the most features that many paid apps offer.

It was a little difficult to get my head around how the conditional options worked but once I become familiar it just made sense. I would have kept this app if I didn't have the js conflicts and theme dramas.

Considering the apps Free!! Hulk Support was prompt and helped to fix many things that didn't mesh well with my theme. Much respect for the hulk team that worked hard solving many of the issues. The jquery conflicts with my theme, unfortunately, caused page errors on all my pages. :(

This app is super easy to use. I needed to find a way to add a text box to my product for customisation and this was perfect for that. I had a little trouble with the code aspect of installing the app, but the support team got back to me very quickly and sorted it all out for me with very little back and forth. Works perfectly now. Excellent customer service.

The most seamless, efficient app I've used on Shopify. I simply used their aided install and within hours an associate had it working on my site with no hiccups. Typically, I have to go 2-5 rounds with support before an app like this works, but their developer had it working exactly like I needed without any back and forth.
