Recently switched product options apps because HulkApps cart layout is nicer, ran in to some coding issues and customer service was quick and helpful! Thank you Amit and HulkApps!

I am using this app to offer customized products in our store. I am not a coder, but it seemed simple enough to try. I got struck but Hulk Team was extremely helpful and very quick even though I am using the free version! I got in touch with them twice for two different problems and they were brilliant both times. I cannot recommend them enough!

Can't say enough about the support with this app! Fast and helped me figure out exactly what the problem was...sadly my wonky theme doesn't work with this app, but it was super easy to understand and set-up! A+++ SUPPORT

INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK! I normally do not write reviews however the fact that an error with this app was able to COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN my site as well as every other site using the app and prevent customers from checking out for many many hours (and STILL occurring) is just INSANE! Also the customer support is non existent when it comes to critical issues. Beyond disappointed.

The app is great, even the free version let you to make advanced customizations. The support team is very helpful and professional. I recommend this app ;)

I use this app so I can easily exceed Shopify's arbitrary 100 variants limit. The app is highly configurable and works perfectly. I reached out to their support and they were quick to help me and even did some custom coding - incredible support! This app also also allows you to capture inputs on products - very useful for customizations. All in all, I highly recommend.

I am very satisfied. It's a difficult application to install by yourself, but don't worry, the support is great.
I use a free plan, but when I talked about the problem, the support was very kind and the solution was quick.

I was testing this app if it fits for my purpose. It really did.
However I found out that Product Options wasn't displayed in order confirmation email to customers. Contacted support and they have fixed this issue /ammended the code in 30 mins. Above my expectations! Highly recommend.

Well I will say I was a bit intimidated with the app at first. When I contacted support they where very dedicated on getting me going in the right direction. I am very OCD on how I wanted the app to work and look. They took care of all my request in a timely manner. I appreciate the help and really enjoy the new functionality of my store. I highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to add more flexibility to their options capabilities.
