This app allows our customers to upgrade their order by purchasing a card and/or chocolates, and provides a spot for them to write a personalized message. These options typically appear automatically when new products are added, but for the last two days, any new item added did not have these options available on the website. We contacted the app's help center and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue.

This app handles everything i need for my semi-complicated store of hand made items. Their support is absolutely top notch! I have had some compatibility issues with other apps and they fix it very promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

I installed this app to help with the personalised goods that I offer via my Shopify Store. Some of the items I sell have options that require detailed multiple selections such as name, colour, personalised message etc...
