The technical team was incredibly helpful, and the app works flawlessly. Highly impressed!
Juan did so much to help me out with figuring out everything, but for some reason my site is not showing the work we have done. I am not sure if it is supposed to take a little while to show up or not, but the amount of time we just spent trying to correct everything was a good while. I would hate to have spent all that time working on trying to get things to work, and it doesn't. I just need a way to personalize a text box to make certiain products customizable.
I love the features of this app and the support is fantastic if you have a question. Iris helped with my query and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. Thanks Iris!

I created a new option to have an add on to my tshirt listing and when it added the box was black and well as the color of the text. Within 10 minutes it was able to get fixed. I did not know what to do so harris joined as a collaborator and fixed it for me while showing me exactly what he did and made sure it will save like that for all future options. He was very nice and very helpful.
App is a must have - support team is quick and very professional , they supported me in every way possible
Super happy with the customer support. Needed a customization done to our email and they handled all of the coding necessary for us. Within an hour of first reaching out, we had a customized service for no additional cost. There are still a couple of more features I'd like that I haven't found with any other add on app yet either, but the team at Hulk Apps said they will look into adding those features in the future and I have every reason to believe them. It's great working with a team that actually helps you and is continually making the app better.
The app was a little too hard for me to figure out but customer service was extremely helpful and was able to help me get the option on my website i was looking for. I am very happy with the help ive received.

I had an issue with the discount code entry box disappearing if a customer chose an accessory item created in Hulk Product Options. I reached out to support and the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. It was a software/code fix on their end due to a change in the Shopify algorithm.
I was very impressed with Hulk Product Options communication and speed of service. I know that I can depend on them if I have any questions or issues in the future.

I came to Hulk looking for a way to integrate an options tab for my gift boxes, not only did I find the help I needed through the Chat option with Mirza, the Merchant Success Manager, but much more. He was patient and understanding of my product needs. He even offered to dig deeper and go into the backend of my shop and made sure everything was set up just the way I needed it. Exceptional customer service is HARD to find these days, Mirza was a great "human" experience. I give him 5 STARS!!!

I am a total newbie, the first assistant I ended up frustrated because responses were very slow. To the point, I just had to shut it down. The following day, I communicated with Khushbu, and she was amazing. Instruction flowed well and I finally felt like I understood. This product allowed me to obtain information from the customer, and will allow them to upload files to me. I am so excited.
