I needed to add the option for my clothing. Despite some drama with the charges for options not coming through checkout the support team are AMAZING and have fixed for me (even at 1AM!) so now all my options work. If you are having issues with cart charges they can add a code to fix! And the options app itself is simple to use and works just how I need. Thankyou!

48 hours + after install, still no support.
We're sorry that we couldn't reach-out to you on time. But we have streamlined our support service to an extent that we respond to our merchants within 3-4 hours, and also provide priority support to merchants who need things done without any loss of time.
In hopes of amending our past mistakes, we asked our manager to contact you.
This app has given me endless options as to how to arrange additional services to each product. I tried EVERYTHING before this app and nothing worked so thank you Hulk Product Options!!!

great app, as so many features which means you can use just the one app. I also have the volume discount from the same developers and they look great together. Support is really quick and helpful :-)

I am a total newbie, the first assistant I ended up frustrated because responses were very slow. To the point, I just had to shut it down. The following day, I communicated with Khushbu, and she was amazing. Instruction flowed well and I finally felt like I understood. This product allowed me to obtain information from the customer, and will allow them to upload files to me. I am so excited.

doesn't work. I couldn't get the product options I created to show on the page. There is zero customer support.

Tried to transition from another product options app to this one. the pains of transitioning is not worth it. This app interfered with a lot of my current apps. Add to cart features and product warnings were no longer working. I tried to ask customer service to fix it. She declined. i have to talk to two developers just to get this app working. I just don’t have the time for it anymore.

It feels good to be able to create unlimited product variants with a variety of option types (e.g. user input text, date etc.).
The only drawback I have experienced so far is when fulfilling orders, I have to fulfill the product itself and the customization cost SEPARATELY, resulting in sending 2 notification emails to customers.
Not sure how to get around this.

I spent hours entering data then it locked up so I deleted the app and it will not allow me to reload it. Simply says my page does not exist. Very frustrated.
