Great service. Couldn't get into the app. Haris had us fixed up in just a minute or two!
The BEST options app out there. I have tried many. This is the most extensive app for options. I run a handcrafted goods store and everything I sell is a "design-your-own" concept. This app allowed my customers to customise everything from scratch and simplifies my process. Lots of room to play with to customise the look of the options too. Just ask them to help you.
Manoj went an extra mile to work on updating new colour swatches that would normally take me a whole hour. He was always ready to help and super helpful. Highly reliable and trustworthy. Their customer service team is amazing and very responsive too.
The price I pay for this app is really a tiny fee for what I gain in sales, because without this app I literally cannot sell anything. They have conditional logic that is really really wonderful to use too!
I have been using this app for a couple years now and every time I have needed help setting something up or reconfiguring something they have always been so helpful and quick to reply!

The Hulk product options app is a nice thing to have for more complex product options. We used it for customers to select the exact type of custom necklace that they wanted, and it helped customers and us to keep track of their order. I would recommend this app for any product that need more details input for check out. Great job!
Simple to set up and easy to use. I have been able to add all of the options required on a variety of wedding stationery product. Everything from custom colours to uploading wording for the wedding invitations.
The support has been first class, all the options were styled to match my theme.
I've used other apps and so far this one is the best if you need to add specific options to your products that aren't covered by variants in Shopify admin.
