We love this app, once you get the hang of it (as a non-tech savvy person) the options are basically endless. The tech support is brilliant, patient and so very skilled with solving multiple possible solutions!

Haris was absolutely amazing. He helped me all through the process with questions that surged. He even helped me to know things that were probably not even part of the app, but the link between my shopify theme and the app. I really like this app. It is very simple, but Im still learning and try to find all it can do. The support advisor was outstanding Muaza and extremely helpful. The problem was immediately identified and sorted out.

I gave the app 4 stars because there should have been more communication between Shopify and the app for the issue at hand (discounts and customization) as this issue as a whole took 3 attempts over 3 days and about 6 hours of time wasted plus lost me valuable time in which it send out a newsletter missing the deadline for a fathers day discount. Shopify seemed unable to identify the issue which is that the hulk customization app is not compatible with discounts. Whose fault this is i do not know ..

however once the problem was identified by the 3rd shopify advisor and then the Hulk app advisor it was quickly sorted out. My advisor i feel went above the call of duty . The problem is resolved

Amazing for my personalized products! I have been using HulkApps for four years now with seamlessness. Support is great! They are always there with any questions or concerns and go out of their way to personalize and fulfill my requests. I always leave them happy and well taken care of.

I love this app, it's really easy to use and I feel I can get the support I need from the great support team when needed. No question is ever an issue for them and they are always able to help me with anything I need or point me in the right direction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app.
