I used this app to help add a personalisation tab for my products. It was easy enough to use, some things were harder to understand however when I needed help the support team were great and fixed the problem very quickly. Thank you!

I enjoyed how customizable the app allows the user to be. Some of the lingo is a bit unclear, a preview box of the action would be helpful. Although one of our requests took a couple days to get resolved by customer service, they were extremely through and helpful. Thank you!

The product options were not showing up on the product page so we reached out to support. They responded in less than 5 minutes and were very kind and professional.

I've added 100+ options to separate products on our store. One of the options, on our most popular product, does not add the cost to the subtotal, which is a very big deal. Every other option seems to work fine, except the one that matters most to our store. I'll update this review if I can get this resolved, but it's causing a big headache at the moment.

Terrible app if you charge for extra options you can't offer discount codes store wide it will hide the discount box at checkout

The most seamless, efficient app I've used on Shopify. I simply used their aided install and within hours an associate had it working on my site with no hiccups. Typically, I have to go 2-5 rounds with support before an app like this works, but their developer had it working exactly like I needed without any back and forth.

A+ Customer Service in helping me understand how to use the app! They are really quick in responding and have answered all my questions. Only wish there was a way where we don't have to unclick a swatch in order to choose another swatch, makes it a little confusing on the consumer side.
