An absolutely horrendous experience. I’ve spent about a week talking to a dozen CS people only to eventually say that what I needed was not possible. I had multiple emails saying that my “issues” were fixed and when I went to test it was wrong, or they made it worse by doubling the price. An awful app with no instructions on how to set up and no online videos. Save your time and don’t download, it’s that bad. Also it does not work with shop pay. You cannot see ANY options your customers purchase!!!! Everything about this is terrible.
I installed the app to allow my customers to choose which products they want to bundle together for a lower price. This app cannot do this.
Incompettent support wasted 2 months with 0 results

However ,this app can to support the automatic discount from Shopify, do you think it is worth for $20 per month ??
DO NOT INSTALL - this app has put code everywhere all over my store and when i uninstalled as left code everywhere and BROKE the main shop. There are no instructions to install and even less to uninstall
this has cost me £1000's in lost sale and emergency developer help to uninstall all the code that needed cleaning up
Junks out your theme when you uninstall. left templates + sections _ snippets + left the hulk code in theme.liquid. Required a lot of cleanup after uninstall. Developer shouldn't be so sloppy with their code when uninstalling.
This app used to work great, but I've had to get support "fix" this app not working no less than a dozen times. It went out again today on Black Friday of all days. Completely shot my Black Friday. I did half the sales of last year. Don't use it unless you want a huge constant headache.

And again the system is down, losing more sales, it's been happening routinely for Black Friday, January sales.
Last month I was asked to remove my comment as the problem is fixed and they have installed the app on my new Theme instantly.
It seems like the problem is not solved anymore, I'm on vacation and I have been contacted by a person trying to finish her purchase to ask me how she can personalise her item (all my products are personalised)
I hope you understand this is a big issue when we lose sales because of an app we're paying for?

We’ve been using this app to manage additional fees and options for our store, but multiple problems have arisen where fees and selected options were not reflected correctly. This has caused significant losses for our business. Despite contacting their support team numerous times with detailed information and requests for concrete solutions, we’ve experienced:
Vague responses lacking specifics
Insufficient investigation into our reported issues
Evasive answers regarding timelines and next steps
We found their approach to be far from transparent or proactive. Ultimately, the root cause of our problems was never clearly identified, and no effective resolution was provided.
In our opinion, the drawbacks caused by poor support far outweigh any benefits this app might offer. After comparing with other solutions, we regretfully conclude that this app does not meet our standards for reliable assistance. Hence, we are giving it a 1-star rating.
