Infinite Product Options is straightforward to use once you understand how it works and the customer service has been outstanding. The changes I was making in the app were not reflected on my website, however Sanjay very quickly gave me a hand and sorted it for me. He then assisted in customising other items I needed help with. Easy and great!
I requested further help from Abhilasha and service again was great!.

I used this app to add a simple gifting option on my website. Although I've only used very basic features of the app I reached out for some help on customising the app and had an immediate answer. I didn't expect to have such a swift and positive response to my request so I'm really pleased I chose to use this app over all the rest!

I am far from a programmer & was extremely HOT about doing all of this Shopify & add-on apps, but the people at Hulk were sooooooooo helpful! Though nobody was available via phone (it takes too damn long over chat & email, issues that could be handled in 15 mins take DAYS to address & resolve, but I hear they're working on phone support, that'll be amazing...) despite that, they were super helpful, and got my app functioning! Thanks!
