I honestly can't believe they provide this level of service on a free app. Thank you to the Hulk team! It's also the only app that allows me to upload my options list via .csv which is important to me with 1500 options that occasionally change and need to be in alphabetical order.

The app is user friendly, but most importantly the support team help out with everything quickly and efficiently. I noticed an issue with variations not charging correctly, and the support team explained the issue, worked out a fix quickly, and also helped to make the variations display correctly on packing slips.

Customer Support is super responsive from day one. The online meeting with Eldin Pribisic after downloaded the app was very productive. Look forward to continuing working with them to develop our shop.
This is a great app that allows you not only add options, but build custom bundles with various pricing. To top it off, this app is FREE and that is comparing to fairly expensive options out there from other similar apps. But good app is nothing without support. Even though the install process is fairly simple you may still run into issues. Their support fixed it almost immediately. That is something to be proud off. They did it fast, efficiently and without ever bothering us.
