For someone like myself who isn't tech savvy, this was definitely hard to install without the help of support. There aren't any installation, tutorial videos to help you. I hate that I had to delete this app.

This app works great. Really easy to use and I like the fact that you can hide/show options based on conditions. I did run into a small issue during set-up but they were able to quickly go in and fix it within a day of submitting my support request.

It's a great app but the problem is that if you have a discount code on specific products or collections the discount code won't work. It only works when you set it up for the "entire collection". They also don't have a fix or plans to fix this. So it's great but this bug makes it useless :(

Don't spend time installing this if you are running product specific discount codes. It won't work.

Fairly easy to setup and the app says it will do everything I needed, however it never worked! Despite having professional installation by a HulkApps developer, the custom options selected by my customers were never displayed on my orders. This meant reaching out to customers after they placed their orders to get the details - defeating the entire purpose of the app. I reached out for support and was told there was a coding issue and that another ticket had been opened on their backend. My ticket was then closed without any resolution. I reached out again to have my issue addressed and received a response that a new theme had been setup to fix the problem. This completely removed all the options from my page and made the app unusable on my website. I'm canceling my monthly subscription to this app since it has never worked and will be using a competitor's app.

The installation is a great advantage for my business - handling custom options. The installation is a little complex but well structured. The feedback and response from the HULK team is 100% perfect. I am very satisfied.

Good app and great service Recommend

I am new with this app and I love how customizable everything is. The customer services is impeccable. I had issue (self caused) that was resolved within seconds so my deadline was not interrupted. I am very happy with their service.

I use this app for my customers to be able to leave text for personalization. I just started setting up my site and couldn’t figure out how to attach the personalization option to specific items. The customer service I received was amazing!!! They sent me a step by step video of how to do exactly what I was needing to do. They even gave me some other suggestions for my shop just to be helpful! And they were super friendly!!

Great app, has everything you need. Works great and is easy to use. The support is really fantastic, I even tortured them on Sundays, and they solved everything without any problems. Thank you for everything!

I used this app to customize my products and facilitate clients being able to upload text, upload multiple files and provide special instructions before fulfillment. I was able to install the app without issue and began using it right away. The interface was intuitive however I did need to read a few help pages as there were more options than I had anticipated.

A note on customer service: The support team was epic! I described my issue and received a response right away. The issue was resolved by a developer/tech in less than 24 hours.

I have one minor issue that needs attention but I'm confident they will resolve that too given my experience thus far.
