Do not get this app if you enjoy having the discount code option upon checkout. this app has been nothing but frustrating!!
We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Just to let you know, with our recent update, this issue has been resolved and most of our merchants are even using the discount code functionality in their store.

Dowloded the app to get more variants than the 99 limits in shopify but the app is a scam. You can't do what you want on the free version. And the paid version is still limited (couldn't get different prices for different variants). The help centre is pretty slow and I have finally deleted the app after wasting 2 weeks of my time on it. DO NOT recommend at all.

Soooo good!! The options additions have bought us extra sales and also much better logistics systems. It didn't all work immediately and I had a huge panic! Helpful support then did the installation and explained to me how to work on a copy of the theme offline. Great service.

Well, this app was unable to cater to my needs. So the app claims that it can have infinite variants. This is not entirely true. This app just adds some virtual options to the frontend so virtually you would have unlimited variants. But it doesn't actually solve the 100 variant limitation on Shopify. On my store, there was an issue where their virtual variant and Shopify default variant BOTH will add to the cart when the 'add to cart' button is pressed. So a customer would have to pay twice the price. I have wasted almost 2 weeks with this app and not get my requirements done. I am not entirely blaming them though, they tried to make it work. They provided support, it's just that this app was not capable of actually solving the 100 variant issue. I recommend anyone who has the same issue, to try out an app called "Product Variant Reloaded". That app is the PERFECT solution and they set up everything on my store in just 1 single day.

I wanted to have color/size variants, reached out to the customer support, they told their app would allow me to do it, after reading their guides and following each step, I realized the app does NOT support inventory variants, therefore it was pointless, I wish they would have told me from the beginning, I would have saved myself 2-3 hours.

I needed an app to add more options with the ability to add additional cost for some of the options. I also wanted to be able to swatch my thread colors that would accordion. I did have to provide an example of a store that had what I was asking for because they initially said they couldn't do it. Once they had the example the coding was completed in a very timely manner. In the end it does exactly what I needed.

Very confusing app, nowhere to contact the manufacturer. Still have not made any progress using infinite products options and cannot get any human on the phone!

AVOID THIS APP! I installed this app but was having problems getting it to work. I reached out to support who promptly got it to work. However, it interfered with another app which was critical to my business and as a result messed up a bunch of orders. I desperately tried to reach support for help. They sent one useless email to me and then ghosted me. Despite many messages, I could not get a response from support. Terrible service, terrible app. Avoid at all cost.

We apologize for the issues you were facing. Code Conflicts can occur with apps and unfortunately, there’s not much we can do as other apps will require reworking as well. Our goal is to provide a solution to a big problem like Product Options in a way that is least intrusive to customers. With over 1000+ apps in the marketplace, some apps do become incompatible and we try our best to make all apps be compatible with ours.
Our Support is currently free and we have tens of thousands of users that require assistance in some ways. That does impact our SLA policy at times but we manage and answer every single support request.
We will continue to work with other app developers like Local Delivery to see if we can avoid any code conflicts and collaborate further to provide a great experience, as we already do to our tens of thousands of Product Options customers.

Had some issues during the setup process where my listings wouldn't sync, but with admin access, they were able to correct the problems at no charge!! I am now very excited to finish setting up my online store and launch soon.
- there are still issues with syncing, but they are currently working on a resolution. Once fixed, I'll update my star rating.

I give this app ZERO STARS & 2 Thumbs down!
Literally made me lose thousands of dollars. it deactivated my "Checkout" button so people couldn't check out! I'm beyond livid. I emailed them back and forth for 6 days trying to get them to fix it. They did NOT fix it. I have received tons of emails from my customers letting me know they can't check out. I tried doing a test checkout with my phone and the checkout button literally does nothing. DO NOT add this app.
I am expecting a FULL REFUND as I actually had to pay $200+ for them to install the app. Waste of money and time. This app needs to be shut down. For anyone else who has this app.. please check to make sure this isn't happening to you without your knowledge.
