This app works so well. The free version gives you so many options and it's not just a free trial. I don't understand why all the apps are not buy it and then you own it. Like you find with personal apps. But pay monthly. I guess businesses are supposed to be able to afford more. So they get to pay monthly. Which I understand is good for the developers. But if you are a small business just starting off, it can be daunting. All the charges nickel and dime you to death.
What I love about this app is that it works well. It gives you so many options in the free version. But more than that is the support! They are so happy to help you even if you aren't a paid user. They speak to you so nicely and with such respect. And they also help implement things for you. I have said, I need to do this and they say ok and make it do that for me. And I'm on the free version.
The way they treat you, endears you to this company and I will look to them first when I need new apps or something for my site. As I grow, I will be a customer for life!! Thank you for treating me with such kindness. In a world where it seems like customer service is a thing of the past, you have shown differently and it makes a big difference.

This app does exactly what I need it to which is rare because my goal was to offer options while also looking visually appealing. I reached out to support to get help with some features and they responded very quickly and got everything sorted out on my store. Highly recommend!

This app is a function that I wish shopify had to begin with. I wanted to offer a 'build your own sampler' option, and apparently couldn't do that without some third party help. After comparing options, this one seemed like a good bet. And on top of that, it's free! Saving money is nice!

The app is not the most user friendly, but HulkApps support is fantastic and will help with any issues that arise while setting this up. If you need -any- help at all with it, submit a ticket and they'll resolve it within a day and explain everything to you.

My only recommendation for improvement is to include some documentation on how it actually works for setting up options, it can be a little confusing at first.

Honestly, an amazing app and a must-have when you are creating bulk variations. The customer service is absolutely amazing, I highly recommend paying the extra money to get CS help.

I used this app for the custom listings on my store that required customer input. I got stuck a few times and reached out to customer support by opening a support ticket each time. Customer support was amazing and helped me through each issue within 12 hours, including fixing the listings as I requested and doing some coding to correct an issue I had with my custom listings. I am a fan and highly recommend this app!
