Absolutely excellent service and a really solid product. Have used the free option for over a year now and have recently upgraded to a paid version for the additional features - worth it!

I have a webshop where I offer custmmade kids clothes and I was happy to find this app that fits my needs very well.
For a start the free version is good enough for my shop but it is also very good to know that I can upgrade for a very reasonable price if a need more features.
I had some small problems with language and styling but the support was very helpful here and fixed that for me fast.

Works great, gives me the ability to add SO MANY options to my custom made items. Support is really, really great. Not "great compared to the awful service we've all gotten used to over the last decade" but really, truly great.

Brilliant app, I would highly recommend if you need to add alot of variants to your products and alot of different options to choose from. Excellent and prompt customer service too, I always get an email back within a few hours

I used this app to help with a customisation business website. I did upgrade to Pro as it had more of what I required but it has been easy to use and totally worth the small extra cost. Customer service sorted a small tech problem and were easy to communicate with. Happy to recommend as 5 stars.

This is a great app - works really well to have options for customers to customize products. I do my own website but do not understand code all that well, whenever I have reached out to them - they have always been prompt with service and solving my issues. One downfall to the app is that it doesn't work with all the discounts code options - but that is an easy work around and wouldn't detour me from using the app in my website. All and all a good product and great customer service.
