I love this app and the reps are so compassionate and helpful when issues arise. I do not know what I would do without this app. I would highly recommend this app to anyone that uses Shopify and needs product options.

Fantastic app. I used it to add extra option on my products. I had problems with the setting up but contact the customer service, and they sort out very quick the problem, help me to add the code that was missing on my store and explain all the app features. 5 Start app!!!!

This app allows our customers to upgrade their order by purchasing a card and/or chocolates, and provides a spot for them to write a personalized message. These options typically appear automatically when new products are added, but for the last two days, any new item added did not have these options available on the website. We contacted the app's help center and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue.

This app handles everything i need for my semi-complicated store of hand made items. Their support is absolutely top notch! I have had some compatibility issues with other apps and they fix it very promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
