This app works well, especially for the price. I had a couple minor issues (styling and one small functionality issue in the cart) with set up on my theme that Hulk Apps helped with. Their customer service is 5 stars! I would give the app a 4 star, I think the back end could be a bit easier to use, but its not hard to learn.

They just keep nailing it! Wish I could give more stars! I've been using the app for a couple of years. I have had no issues. Customers find it quite easy to use to pick a design or personalize items. I started with the free version and have since upgraded to Pro. The customer service is superb. Whenever I have a question, I get a quick, thorough, and knowledgeable reply. Highly Recommend!

This app does just about everything I could ask out of a product options app, and I was told that I can make changes on the paid version and switch back to the free version and my premium options will still be working. I thank them for allowing this and want to share it. Thank you hulk apps. You'll still get a lot of money out of me because I'll be using your app on all of my sites for as long as I am developing. You deserve it.

I use this app to add more options for my customizable products. The team does incredibly well to cater to all of my requests (especially Nisha!) and resolved issues with my store really quickly. Overall amazing!

I am highly dependant on this app during a busy season of sales for a specific product. I would not be able to sell customised products without this excellent tool. The support this company provides is second to none. I have occasionally upgraded my theme and required some assistance in reconfiguring the app - they have been incredibly responsive and helped me every time with a fast turnaround. I've had this app longer than any other. Great service.

This did exactly what I needed! We wanted customers to be able to add a name for us to customize on a shirt, and this app was perfect. I tried installing it myself and had a bit of trouble. I messaged customer support before going to bed, and it was fixed before I woke up this morning. Now the product is live and we're good to go! Definitely give this app a try!

Since there are so many themes, sometimes it requires a little extra love from one of our specialists to get the code implemented properly.

This product is awesome! Just what I need to replace the other products which is inflexible. This product options Is the only free app with swatches and pricing which are great add ons for any shop. More impressive is their support! Heena was fantastic in solving some minor issues we had. Thank so much Heena and Hulk Apps team!
