I am not a coder and tried walking through the installation steps but only got it working partially. Reached out to their support, not knowing what to expect for a free app, but they didn't just give me a couple words of advice, they actually fixed all the coding themselves and had it up and running quickly.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The customer service is both very responsive and understanding. I'm using a custom theme which meant I needed to change stuff to make it compatible with Hulk App and they made the appropriate changes within a few days. Highly recommend.

I've been using this app since my website launch. I recently ran into an issue regarding discount codes on the custom products I had built. After a super quick interaction with their support, we were quick to clear everything up and have a new discount code box added to my cart page as well. Will most likely purchase the advanced plan in the future as well to support my inventor. 10/10 recommend, for their custom product building, as well as customer service.

The app is fantastic (probably not for the reasons you think) & the support is superb & totally warrants the monthly charge. Prior to installing this app, I never had considered how complicated managing product options would be. Due to this I underestimated how complex this process would be. However, this app is very well documented and very user friendly. The options are very well thought out & there is a lot of scope for users to greatly improve their store because of this. The plugin is tricky to install - this is worth noting. However after spending a couple of hours struggling I emailed support & to my surprise & delight, I was granted support within 2 hours. They took full ownership of my issue and within 8 hours had configured and installed the plugin. Brilliant customer care & I 100% recommend them.
