Use this app extensively on two Shopify sites for customer personalisation. Fairly basic but easy to set up. Support is very responsive, within a few hours and eager to help. Would like to be able to preview fonts and centre justify input boxes in future updates please.

I originally installed the app and couldn't get he integration working with my theme, but the guys in the support team were brilliant and helped put in on and fixed any issues that i had right away. Couldn't recommend enough

I wish I could leave more than 1 amazing review for this app! I couldn't run my store without it! Now I can offer our products in lots of sizes and colours, with different prices depending on what the customer selects. It has saved me hundreds of hours in custom quotes every month. Great app with really great customer service support. I've been using this app for over a year now and have had a couple of problems here and there but was very pleased with their customer service. They are pretty good about getting a response back to you within the same day and offering help, installation, coding, etc.
