Really easy to use, but the customer service is outstanding! I downloaded the app yesterday and had 4 issues and within minutes they were solved, the customer service team are just brilliant and so kind and nothing is too much trouble for them. Well done guys, keep up the amazing work!

I find the app great and gives me so much flexibility with personalising my products. I had a small problem, which seemed huge at the time, and was of my own making but I went onto the chat and the problem was solved within minutes. Great product and great customer service.

This app made my day. Outstanding customer support 24/7. I was in a serious hassle about multiple options picking from different product variants. Hulk app customer agent just provide me a solution within minutes. It was a pleasure to use the Hulk products option app.

Hulk Product Options is relatively user friendly. I did not find it completely intuitive but I was able to figure it out. Not making a separate product for every custom option created in the back end is huge.
The main reason for the high number of starts however is their quick and polite customer service. I contacted them twice early on and the first time they walked me through how to fix the issue in a polite, easy to understand manner. The second took a few days, however, they emailed me that they had solved the problem and no further action was necessary on my part. When allowing an app to change the code on your website, trust and customer service is extremely important. They responded very quickly and helped me get their app to work correctly in my store. I am impressed and grateful and would recommend them to others.
