When it comes to customer services they are right on point and very helpful

If you are thinking of using this app to customize various products at your POS, take a closer look.

This app does not allow you to have multiple products with the same SKU and different customizations in a single sale. Only one of the products will have the customization data. This defeats the main purpose of an app like this at POS.

It would be important for the development team to come up with a solution.

Support is really good! Mike was the person who was really helpful!

But when I tried downgrading my plan, I got charged a yearly value instead of the basic plan being FREE!

Rosie is Awesome She spent a very long time helping me out and making sure everything was exactly the way I needed it.

I'm still in the trial so I haven't even spent any money on this app yet so that should let everyone know the type of service you'll get if you work with these people.

Unfortunately support did not continue to be as outstanding as I initially commented It's been back and forth for them basically blaming me for not getting the functionality working I see myself moving away from the app as soon as I can.

It's unfortunate because from what I see this app could really do what I'm looking to do However there seems to be a communication block between me and Vietnam where the support is based out of.

I have found another app that can do what i am looking for and the support is better then Globo so i am now uninstalling it.

Used the free version of this app for years. Needed to update some text and was told that I would have to upgrade to a paid version because 'Date Time' field was now a paid feature. In the end they did me a favour because I switched to King which is better and 100% free.

It does the thing and creates variations and removes restrictions, and the system they use is quite robust. More than others. However I had a store with a lot of SKUs and they HAD to be tied to specific variations. Due to the way Globo handles variants, having only one add-on product be created for all of the products I was trying to have variants for just didn't make sense for our inventory management system. I hope they update this in the future where we can leverage this powerful tool because the rules and logic, and interface were very nice.

Leider muss ich meine Bewertung etwas heruntersetzen, da einige Sachen (Anpassung der Varianten im Warenkorb - das der Preis zum normalen Preis des Produktes dazugerechnet wird) nicht ordentlich abgebildet werden können und meiner Meinung nach zum optimalen Einkaufserlebnis dazugehören.
Der Service war so weit gut, aber nach einer anderen Lösung wurde leider auch nicht gesucht.

They have added automated options to their pro plan. However, in order to add options and automation with tags, you need to upgrade to the max plan. This may be too expensive for just a few small features.

I use this app to charge additional costs for larger sizes of the handmade clothing I make. This app has now glitched twice and not charged customers the correct amount for their orders, so, not only do I pay monthly for the app I am losing out on money from customers being incorrectly charged. If this happens for a 3rd time I will be cancelling this app and looking for an alternative.

The issue was finally resolved, but the process was stressful.

I have been using Globo for several years. After encountering an issue, I was asked to uninstall the old version and reinstall the new one. Unfortunately, this left my existing configurations unavailable and affected my website for about three days.

However, I want to update my review because Globo's development team ultimately intervened and successfully restored all 192 of my existing option sets, which I greatly appreciate.

I am therefore grateful that the problem was eventually resolved and that my years of configurations were recovered.

My main criticism remains the migration process and communication: a long-standing customer should not be asked to uninstall an existing setup without ensuring that the migration and technical support are immediately ready.

Thank you to the development team for finally resolving the issue. I hope future migrations will be handled more smoothly.
