Great customer support. The only thing that would be good is if you could easier see to which set you have assigned a certain product.

I recently had the experience of working with Globo Variant and must say I am thoroughly impressed. While it turned out that their variant option wasn't the right fit for my specific needs, their professionalism and customer service were second to none.

From the get-go, the team was extremely communicative. They took the time to understand my needs and were prompt in answering any queries I had. It's rare to find a company these days that values customer engagement to this extent.

I was equally impressed with how quickly they processed my case. Despite the variant option not working out for me, the team was fast in offering alternatives and processing the necessary changes. Their efficiency saved me time and effort, making the experience smooth and stress-free.

I was looking for a way to propose customized products and services to our customers without adding continuous product/service pages. And this app has everything, but especially it has a great service centre: they solved my design issue in minutes. I have only one word: GO! I wish there were more e-suppliers like them.

Best app I added to my shop. So simple to setup and use and customer service responds instantly to any questions. Couldn’t be happier! I struggled with some other apps, deleted and was disappointed. Wish I had found this one sooner!!

UPDATE: The team responded quickly and fixed all of the mentioned bugs. Great team and in my view the best app on the market when it comes to customization! Thanks! Great potential in terms of design and way of creating the options. Definitely superior to other apps in that field. Problems: 1. File upload is limited to 2MB. 2. The creation of the options is lagging A LOT when you have 10-12 options, it becomes almost impossible to create or change options because it takes 5 minutes for each change BIGGEST PROBLEM: The main price does not change with changing the options. Therefore, you cannot use the app because the displayed price is not correct - in the card and at the checkout. Great potential, but definitely needs some work.
