Just got this app but loving it so far. I'm 62 years old and not very tech saavy. Globo has been very gracious and patient in my learning curve so far. They adjusted the app to integrate with my theme and it blends seemlessly into the product page. Mike has been very professional and helpful and customer service is fast. I'm in the U.S. and have found with other apps that they are not available when I'm up and working. I love that Globo is right there when I need help. As I work with them, I promise to come back and make updates to my review. But, for now they would get 6+ stars frome me and i highly recommend them for you too.

I've been using Globo and have been very happy, was intuitive and pretty easy to learn without headaches. I did request a customization and it was completed promptly and works well for what I needed. I have several option sets due to how my products are setup and Globo has allowed me to tailor the options for each type of product.

I've received support several times from from Helen who was very friendly and responded quickly to my questions. David and Ariya have also been pleasant to work with, so have been very happy with the whole support team.

Endless option sets that you can assign to different products. This app works well with invoice apps, Shopify POS for in-store sales, and is clear to customers through the online store (product page, cart, checkout). We operate a multilingual website and didn't have any translation issues. Their support team is quick too!

I would love to see it work for draft orders in the future :)

Great app, does exactly what it should and the service is extremely good, live chat is available within minutes and can help with any problem.

Easy to use, free package have mostly everything a store needs. Customer service is also fast. Especially Rosie who is patient and fast to assist. Would recommend all shopify users to use this app.

One of the best apps out there. I've been using Globo for over a year now with no problems. Helen has been very helpful whenever I have questions or run into any minor issues.

They really deserve 5 stars for their customer service. They always get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it in a reasonable time frame. My one complaint would be, because of our unique industry, there is some functionality that would be great for us to have, for example, an extra layer (or two) of conditional logic built in would make creating complicated option sets much easier. However, the app works as its designed to.

Would highly not recommend. Look for a different company that stands by their product. We set everything up correctly on our website. Because of a glitch in THEIR software not being compatible with a feature on shopify they gave away thousands of dollars of product away for free. When I contacted them about the issue they offered a measly 15% discount off the subscription price. A whole $15 dollars compared to the thousands that I lost because of their mistake. Im lucky I caught it when I did. They also couldn't guarantee that this wouldn't happen again either. They clearly don't stand by their products and don't care about customers whatsoever. They just want your money
